신탁법 제127조(유한책임신탁의 변경등기)

① 제126조제1항 각 호의 사항(제5호는 제외한다)에 변경이 있는 경우에는 2주 내에 변경등기를 하여야 한다.

② 신탁사무처리지에 변경이 있는 경우에는 2주 내에 종전 신탁사무처리지에서는 변경등기를 하고 새로운 신탁사무처리지에서는 제126조제1항 각 호의 사항을 등기하여야 한다. 다만, 같은 등기소의 관할구역 내에서 신탁사무처리지를 변경한 경우에는 신탁사무처리지의 변경등기만 하면 된다.

③ 제126조제1항 각 호의 사항의 변경은 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 등기하지 아니하면 선의의 제3자에게 대항하지 못한다. 등기한 후라도 제3자가 정당한 사유로 이를 알지 못한 경우에도 또한 같다.

④ 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 변경등기를 신청할 때에는 신청서에 해당 등기사항의 변경을 증명하는 서면을 첨부하여야 한다.
