신탁법 제123조(분할의 효과에 대한 특칙)

유한책임신탁에 속하는 채무에 대하여 분할 후의 신설신탁 또는 분할합병신탁에 이전하는 것으로 정한 경우 그 채무에 대하여는 분할 후의 신설신탁 또는 분할합병신탁의 신탁재산만으로 책임을 진다.
