신용협동조합법 제83조의3(경영건전성 기준)

① 조합 및 중앙회는 경영의 건전성을 유지하고 금융사고를 예방하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항에 관하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 금융위원회가 정하는 경영건전성 기준을 준수하여야 한다.

② 금융위원회는 중앙회가 제1항에 따른 경영건전성 기준을 충족시키지 못하는 등 경영의 건전성을 크게 해칠 우려가 있다고 인정하는 경우에는 자본금 증가, 보유자산의 축소 등 경영상태의 개선을 위한 조치를 이행하도록 명령할 수 있다.
