신용협동조합법 제65조(구역과 사무소 등)

① 중앙회는 1개를 두며 전국을 업무 구역으로 한다.

② 중앙회는 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 주된 사무소를 두고 필요한 곳에 지부(支部)를 둘 수 있다.

③ 조합의 발전을 위하여 정보를 교류하고 조합 업무의 능률적인 수행을 돕기 위하여 제2항에 따른 지부에 협의회를 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다.
