신용협동조합법 제4조(등기)

① 조합과 중앙회는 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

② 등기소는 "신용협동조합등기부"를 따로 갖추어 두어야 한다.

③ 이 법에 규정된 것 외에 조합과 중앙회의 등기에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
