신용협동조합법 제35조(이사회의 소집)

① 이사회는 필요한 때에 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 이사장이 소집한다.

② 이사장은 2명 이상의 이사 또는 감사의 요구가 있을 경우에는 지체 없이 이사회를 소집하여야 한다.
