신용협동조합법 제23조(총회)

① 조합에 총회를 둔다.

② 총회는 조합원으로 구성하되, 정기총회는 사업연도마다 1회 이사장이 소집하고, 임시총회는 이사장이 필요하다고 인정하거나 제26조에 따라 조합원 또는 감사의 청구로 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 소집한다.
