Credit Unions Act, Article 16 (Withdrawal)

① 조합원은 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 조합에 탈퇴의 뜻을 미리 알리고 탈퇴할 수 있다.

② 조합원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 된 경우에는 탈퇴한 것으로 본다.

1. 조합원으로서의 자격이 상실된 경우

1. Where웨어 the^ð더 member멤버 has해즈 lost로스트 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 as애즈 a어 member;멤버

2. 사망한 경우

2. Where웨어 the^ð더 member멤버 has해즈 died;다이드

3. 파산한 경우

3. Where웨어 the^ð더 member멤버 has해즈 become비컴 bankrupt;뱅크^r럽트

4. 피성년후견인이 된 경우

4. Where웨어 the^ð더 member멤버 has해즈 come컴 under언더 adult어덜트 guardianship;가디언쉽

5. 조합원인 법인이 해산한 경우

③ 제2항제1호의 자격상실에 관한 사항은 정관에서 정한다.
