신용협동조합법 시행령 제7조(상호의 변경과 등기)

①직장을 공동유대로 하는 조합(이하 "직장조합"이라 한다)의 경우 당해 직장의 상호가 변경된 때에는 등기부에 기재된 조합의 명칭은 변경된 것으로 본다.

②제1항의 변경이 있는 때에는 조합은 지체없이 이를 등기소에 통지하여야 하고, 통지를 받은 등기소는 등기부의 기재내용을 변경하여야 한다.
