신용협동조합법 시행령 제5조(합병 및 분할등기)

조합은 법 제55조에 따라 합병 또는 분할한 경우에는 합병 또는 분할 후 2주일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 합병 또는 분할 후 존속하는 조합의 변경등기, 합병으로 인해 소멸하는 조합의 해산등기 또는 합병 또는 분할로 인해 설립되는 조합의 설립등기를 각각 해야 한다.
