조합 또는 중앙회는 지사무소 또는 지부(이하 "지사무소등"이라 한다)를 설치한 경우에는 설치 후 2주일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설치된 지사무소등의 명칭, 소재지 및 설치 연월일을 등기해야 한다.
