신용협동조합법 시행령 제18조의3(금리인하 요구)

① 조합과 대출등의 계약을 체결한 자는 법 제45조의3제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 요건을 갖췄다고 인정되는 경우 조합에 금리인하를 요구할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 금리인하 요구를 받은 조합은 그 요구의 수용 여부를 판단할 때 신용상태의 개선이 금리 산정에 영향을 미치는지 여부 등 금융위원회가 정하여 고시하는 사항을 고려할 수 있다.

③ 조합은 제1항에 따른 금리인하 요구를 받은 날부터 10영업일 이내(자료의 보완을 요구하는 경우에는 그 요구하는 날부터 자료가 제출되는 날까지의 기간은 포함하지 않는다)에 금리인하를 요구한 자에게 그 요구의 수용 여부 및 그 사유를 전화, 서면, 문자메시지, 전자우편, 팩스 또는 그 밖에 이와 유사한 방법으로 알려야 한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 금리인하 요구의 세부요건 및 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 금융위원회가 정하여 고시한다.
