신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률 제47조(업무보고서의 제출)

① 신용정보회사, 본인신용정보관리회사, 채권추심회사, 신용정보집중기관 및 데이터전문기관은 매 분기의 업무보고서를 매 분기 마지막 달의 다음 달 말일까지 금융감독원장이 정하는 서식에 따라 작성하여 금융감독원장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2020.2.4>
