신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률 제26조의3(개인신용평가체계 검증위원회)

① 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행하기 위하여 종합신용정보집중기관에 개인신용평가체계 검증위원회를 둔다.

② 개인신용평가체계 검증위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 7명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 Personal퍼시늘 Credit크^r레딧 Rating^r레이팅 System시스텀 Verification^v베^r러^f퍼케이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 seven세^v븐 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③ 개인신용평가체계 검증위원회는 제1항 각 호의 사항을 심의하여 그 결과를 금융위원회가 정하여 고시하는 바에 따라 금융위원회에 보고하고, 해당 개인신용평가회사등에 알려야 한다.

④ 금융위원회는 제3항에 따라 보고받은 심의결과를 금융위원회가 정하여 고시하는 바에 따라 인터넷 홈페이지 등을 이용하여 공개하여야 한다.

⑤ 제1항에 따른 개인신용평가체계 검증위원회의 구성 및 운영, 제2항부터 제4항까지의 규정에 따른 심의결과의 제출 방법, 시기 및 절차 등에 관하여는 대통령령으로 정한다.
