Credit Guarantee Fund Act, Article 7 (Articles of Incorporation)

① 기금의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

② 기금이 정관을 변경하려는 경우에는 제10조에 따른 운영위원회의 의결을 거쳐 금융위원회의 인가를 받아야 한다.
