신용보증기금법 제38조(예산)

① 기금은 사업연도마다 총수입과 총지출을 예산으로 편성하여 운영위원회의 의결을 거쳐 금융위원회의 승인을 받아야 한다.

② 기금이 제1항의 승인을 받으려면 그 예산서를 해당 연도 개시 1개월 전까지 금융위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

③ 기금이 예산을 변경하려는 경우에는 운영위원회의 의결을 거쳐 금융위원회의 승인을 받아야 한다.
