신용보증기금법 제19조(겸직금지 의무 등)

① 기금의 임원은 금융위원회의 허가 없이 다른 직무에 종사하지 못한다.

② 기금의 임원ㆍ직원 및 그 직(職)에 있었던 사람은 직무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설하여서는 아니 된다.
