신용보증기금법 시행령 제9조(변경등기)

기금은 제6조제2항 각 호 또는 제7조의 등기사항이 변경된 경우(제8조에 따른 이전등기에 해당하는 경우는 제외한다)에는 변경 후 2주일 이내에 본점의 소재지에서 변경사항을 등기해야 한다.
