신용보증기금법 시행령 제17조(의결방법)

①위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2009.5.6>

②기금의 전무이사ㆍ이사와 감사는 위원회의 회의에 출석하여 의견을 진술할 수 있다.
