식품위생법 시행규칙 제21조(식품등의 재검사 제외대상)
법 제23조제2항 단서에 따라 재검사 대상에서 제외하는 검사항목은 이물, 미생물, 곰팡이독소, 잔류농약 및 잔류동물용의약품에 관한 검사로 한다.
