식품등 기부 활성화에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(과태료의 부과기준)
법 제14조제1항에 따른 과태료는 별표 6의 부과기준에 따라 보건복지부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 부과ㆍ징수한다.
