Enforcement Rule of the Plant Variety Protection Act, Article 86 (Objections to Registration of Variety Denominations)

법 제110조에 따라 품종명칭등록 이의신청을 하려는 자는 별지 제47호서식의 이의신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류 및 물건을 첨부하여 산림청장ㆍ국립종자원장 또는 국립수산과학원장에게 제출하여야 한다.
