식물방역법 제46조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 농림축산식품부장관의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 농촌진흥청장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 식물검역기관의 장에게 위임하거나 인증원에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2011.7.14, 2013.3.23>
