식물방역법 제17조의2(검역합격의 취소 등)

① 식물검역기관의 장은 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 검역을 받은 사실이 확인된 경우에는 그 식물검역대상물품에 대하여 합격을 취소하여야 한다.
