시체 해부 및 보존 등에 관한 법률 제6조(시체 해부 명령)

보건복지부장관, 국방부장관(군인의 시체를 해부하는 경우만 해당한다) 또는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 시체를 해부하지 아니하고는 그 사인을 알 수 없거나 이로 인하여 국민 보건에 중대한 위해(危害)를 끼칠 우려가 있는 경우에는 시체의 해부를 명할 수 있다.
