시체 해부 및 보존 등에 관한 법률 제10조(시체의 관리)

① 시체를 해부하거나 시체로부터 필요한 부분을 꺼내는 자는 그 시체가 다른 시체와 구분되도록 시체마다 따로 관리하여야 한다.

② 시체를 해부하거나 시체로부터 필요한 부분을 꺼내는 자는 그 시체의 전부 또는 일부를 이 법에서 정하는 목적을 위반하여 타인에게 양도하여서는 아니 된다.

(2) A어 person퍼슨 who후 dissects다이섹츠 a어 corpse코프스 or오 removes^r리무^v브즈 a어 necessary네서세^r리 part파트 from^f프^r럼 a어 corpse코프스 shall섈 not낫 transfer트^r랜스^f퍼 all올 or오 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð더 corpse코프스 to투 another어너^ð더 person퍼슨 in인 violation^v바이얼레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 purposes퍼퍼시즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 this^ð디스 Act.액트

③ 누구든지 이 법에 따라 제공된 시체의 전부 또는 일부를 금전이나 재산상의 이익, 그 밖의 반대급부를 목적으로 취득ㆍ이용하거나 이를 타인에게 양도하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2025.11.11>

④ 누구든지 제2항 또는 제3항의 행위를 알선하여서는 아니 된다.
