시체 해부 및 보존 등에 관한 법률 제1조(목적)

이 법은 사인(死因)의 조사와 병리학적ㆍ해부학적 연구를 적정하게 함으로써 국민 보건을 향상시키고 의학(치의학과 한의학을 포함한다. 이하 같다)의 교육 및 의학ㆍ의생명과학의 연구에 기여하기 위하여 시체(임신 4개월 이후에 죽은 태아를 포함한다. 이하 같다)의 해부ㆍ보존 및 연구에 관한 사항을 정함을 목적으로 한다. <개정 2020.4.7, 2025.11.11>
