시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관한 특별법 제38조의2(협회의 설립 등)

① 안전진단전문기관은 시설물 안전 산업의 건전한 발전과 시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관한 기술개발 등을 위하여 안전진단전문협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다.

(1) Safety세이^f프티 diagnosis다이어그노우시스 specialized스페셜라이즈드 agencies에이전시즈 may메이 establish이스태블리시 a어 safety세이^f프티 diagnosis다이어그노우시스 specialized스페셜라이즈드 association어소우시에이션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Association")어소우시에이션 for^f포 the^ð더 sound사운드 development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 facility^f퍼실리티 safety세이^f프티 industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 the^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 technologies텍날러지즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 safety세이^f프티 and앤드 maintenance메인터넌스 of어^v브 facilities.^f퍼실러티즈

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 협회는 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(3) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 by바이 completing컴플리팅 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 principal프^r린서플 office.오^f피스

④ 협회 회원의 자격과 임원에 관한 사항 등은 정관으로 정한다.

(4) Matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 qualifications콸러^f퍼케이션즈 of어^v브 members멤버즈 and앤드 officers오^f퍼서즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association,어소우시에이션 etc.엣세터^r러 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

⑤ 협회 정관의 기재 사항과 협회에 대한 감독에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
