시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관한 특별법 제1조(목적)

이 법은 시설물의 안전점검과 적정한 유지관리를 통하여 재해와 재난을 예방하고 시설물의 효용을 증진시킴으로써 공중(公衆)의 안전을 확보하고 나아가 국민의 복리증진에 기여함을 목적으로 한다.
