1. 심신장애 등의 사유로 인하여 직무를 수행할 수 없게 된 경우

3. 직무태만, 품위손상, 그 밖의 사유로 인하여 위원의 직을 유지하는 것이 적합하지 않다고 인정되는 경우

4. 제17조의4제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당함에도 불구하고 회피하지 않은 경우
