Special Act on Measures for Redressing Damage to Teachers Excluded from Appointment in Connection with Political Incidents, Article 3 (Responsibilities of the State)
국가는 임용제외교원에게 가해진 기본권 침해를 회복하기 위한 실질적인 후속 조치를 마련하고 추진하여야 한다.
