승강기산업 진흥법 제17조(건의와 자문 등)

① 협회는 승강기산업의 건전한 발전을 위하여 필요한 사항에 대하여 정부에 건의할 수 있다.

② 협회는 승강기산업에 관한 정부의 자문에 응하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 respond^r리스판드 to투 the^ð더 Government's거^v버먼츠 requests^r리퀘스츠 for^f포 advice애드^v바이스 on안 the^ð디 elevator엘러^v베이터 industry.인더스트^r리

③ 협회는 회원인 승강기사업자가 「승강기 안전관리법」을 위반한 사실을 발견하면 그 내용을 확인하여 행정안전부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.
