Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prevention of Stalking and Protection of Victims, etc., Article 11 (Reexamination of Regulations)
성평등가족부장관은 다음 각 호의 사항에 대하여 2024년 1월 1일을 기준으로 3년마다(매 3년이 되는 해의 기준일과 같은 날 전까지를 말한다) 그 타당성을 검토하여 개선 등의 조치를 해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Gender Equality and Family shall examine the appropriateness of the following matters every three years (referring to the period before the same date as the base date of every third year) as of January 1, 2024 and take measures, such as making improvements:
1. 제5조 및 별표 1에 따른 지원시설의 설치ㆍ운영 기준
1. Standards for the establishment and operation of support facilities under Article 5 and attached Table 1;
2. 제8조 및 별표 2에 따른 지원시설 종사자 등의 자격기준
2. Qualification standards for employees, etc. of support facilities under Article 8 and attached Table 2;
3. 제9조에 따른 교육의 시간, 방법 및 내용
3. Hours, methods, and content of education under Article 9.
