스마트도시 조성 및 산업진흥 등에 관한 법률 제9조(스마트도시계획의 수립을 위한 공청회의 개최)

제8조에 따라 스마트도시계획을 수립하는 자(이하 "스마트도시계획수립권자"라 한다)는 스마트도시계획을 수립하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 공청회를 개최할 수 있으며, 공청회의 개최에 관하여는 제5조를 준용한다. <개정 2012.5.23, 2017.3.21>
