스마트도시 조성 및 산업진흥 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제3조(국가시범도시건설사업에 대한 성과평가의 실시)

① 국토교통부장관은 제3조의3에 따른 성과평가위원회의 심의를 거쳐 국가시범도시건설사업의 성과를 평가하고, 그 결과를 사업시행자에게 통보해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 통보를 받은 사업시행자는 그 결과에 이의가 있는 경우에는 통보를 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 이의신청 내용과 관련 소명자료를 국토교통부장관에게 제출할 수 있다.

③ 국토교통부장관은 제2항에 따른 이의신청이 있는 경우 성과평가위원회의 재심의를 거쳐 이의신청 내용의 반영여부를 확정한다.
