Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Refund of Customs Duties, etc. on Raw Materials for Export, Article 26 (Application for Approval of Use for Purposes Other Than Intended)

법 제18조제1항의 규정에 의하여 관세등의 환급을 받은 물품에 대한 용도외 사용 또는 멸각승인을 얻고자 하는 자는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 신청서를 당해 물품의 소재지를 관할하는 세관장에게 제출하여야 한다.
