수출용 원재료에 대한 관세 등 환급에 관한 특례법 시행령 제22조(세관장 소관세입금계정간의 조정)

①세관장은 소관세입금계정의 세입금이 환급금을 지급하기에 부족하거나 부족이 생길 우려가 있는 때에는 관세청장에게 필요한 금액의 이체를 받을 수 있도록 조치할 것을 요청할 수 있다.

②제1항의 규정에 의한 요청을 받은 관세청장은 소관세입금계정에 세입금의 여유가 있는 세관장(이하 이 조에서 "이체하는 세관장"이라 한다)으로 하여금 필요한 금액을 세입금의 이체를 요청한 세관장(이하 이 조에서 "이체받는 세관장"이라 한다)에게 이체할 것을 한국은행에 요구하도록 이체하는 세관장에게 지시하고 그 사실을 이체받는 세관장에게 통보하여야 한다.

③제2항의 규정에 의한 지시를 받은 세관장은 소관세입금계정으로부터 당해 금액을 이체받는 세관장의 소관세입금계정으로 이체할 것을 한국은행에 요구하여야 한다.

④한국은행은 제3항의 규정에 의한 요구를 받은 때에는 지체없이 세입금을 이체하고 이체받는 세관장과 이체하는 세관장에게 각각 통지하여야 한다.
