수소경제 육성 및 수소 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제51조(상세기준의 승인 신청)

「고압가스 안전관리법」 제33조의2에 따른 가스기술기준위원회(이하 이 조에서 "가스기술기준위원회"라 한다)는 법 제48조제1항에 따른 상세기준을 같은 조 제2항에 따라 심의ㆍ의결했을 때에는 그 심의ㆍ의결을 한 날부터 10일 이내에 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 상세기준 승인신청서를 기후에너지환경부장관에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
