수상레저안전법 시행규칙 제29조(야간 운항장비)

① 법 제26조제1항 단서에 따라 야간 수상레저활동을 하려는 사람이 갖춰야 하는 운항장비는 다음 각 호와 같으며, 그 세부 기준은 별표 7과 같다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 수상레저활동을 하려는 구역이 내수면인 경우 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 수면의 넓이, 물의 깊이, 유속(流速) 등을 고려하여 야간 운항을 하는 데에 위험성이 없다고 인정할 때에는 제1항제6호부터 제10호까지에 해당하는 운항장비 중 일부를 갖추지 않게 할 수 있다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제2항에 따라 야간 운항장비의 일부를 갖추지 않게 한 경우에는 수상레저활동을 하는 사람이 보기 쉬운 장소에 그 내용을 게시해야 한다.
