수상레저안전법 시행규칙 제18조(조종면허의 취소 및 효력정지의 기준 등)

① 법 제17조제1항에 따른 조종면허의 취소 및 효력정지의 세부 기준은 별표 6과 같다.

② 해양경찰서장은 법 제17조제1항에 따라 조종면허의 취소 또는 효력정지 처분을 통지할 때에는 별지 제19호서식의 동력수상레저기구 조종면허 취소ㆍ정지ㆍ경고처분 통지서로 한다. 다만, 면허증 소지자의 주소ㆍ거소 또는 그 밖에 통지할 장소를 통상적인 방법으로 확인할 수 없거나 통지서를 송달할 수 없는 경우에는 면허시험 응시원서에 기재된 주소지를 관할하는 해양경찰서의 게시판 또는 인터넷 홈페이지나 수상레저종합정보시스템에 14일간 공고함으로써 그 통지를 대신할 수 있다.
