수상레저안전법 시행규칙 제17조(면허 증명서의 발급)

① 해양경찰청장은 면허증을 발급받은 사람이 해당 면허증의 발급 사실을 증명하는 서류의 발급을 신청하는 경우에는 국문 또는 영문으로 해당 증명서를 발급할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 면허 증명서를 발급받으려는 사람은 별지 제17호서식의 동력수상레저기구 조종면허 증명 신청서를 해양경찰청장에게 제출해야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 신청을 받은 해양경찰청장은 그 신청 내용과 면허증 발급 여부를 확인한 후 별지 제18호서식의 동력수상레저기구 조종면허 증명서를 신청인에게 발급해야 한다.
