수상레저안전법 시행규칙 제13조(수상안전교육의 실시)

① 법 제13조제1항에 따른 수상안전교육의 과목 및 내용 등은 별표 5와 같다.

② 법 제13조제2항에 따른 안전교육 위탁기관(이하 "안전교육 위탁기관"이라 한다)은 해양경찰청장이 감수한 교재를 사용하여 수상안전교육을 실시해야 한다.

(2) A어 safety세이^f프티 education에저케이션 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 institution인스티투션 under언더 Article아터클 13 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 a어 "safety세이^f프티 education에저케이션 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 institution")인스티투션 shall섈 provide프^r러^v바이드 water워터 safety세이^f프티 education에저케이션 using유징 textbooks텍스트북스 reviewed^r리^v뷰드 by바이 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Coast코우스트 Guard.가드

③ 안전교육 위탁기관은 수상안전교육을 이수한 사람에게 별지 제11호서식의 수상안전교육 수료증을 발급해야 한다.

(3) A어 safety세이^f프티 education에저케이션 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 institution인스티투션 shall섈 issue이슈 a어 certificate서티^f피컷 of어^v브 completion컴플리션 of어^v브 water워터 safety세이^f프티 education에저케이션 in인 Form^f폼 No.노우 11 to투 a어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 completed컴플리티드 water워터 safety세이^f프티 education.에저케이션
