수산자원관리법 제68조(몰수)

① 제64조부터 제67조까지의 규정에 해당하는 경우에는 행위자가 소유 또는 소지하는 어획물ㆍ제품ㆍ어선ㆍ어구ㆍ폭발물 또는 인체급성유해성물질ㆍ인체만성유해성물질ㆍ생태유해성물질은 이를 몰수할 수 있다. <개정 2024.2.6>

② 제1항에 따라 행위자가 소유 또는 소지한 물건의 전부 또는 일부를 몰수할 수 없을 때에는 그 가액을 추징할 수 있다.
