수산자원관리법 시행령 제47조의5(국유재산의 무상양여 등)

법 제55조의2제6항에 따라 국유ㆍ공유 재산 및 물품을 공단에 무상으로 양여하거나 대부 또는 사용ㆍ수익하게 하는 경우에 그 내용ㆍ조건 및 절차 등에 관하여는 해당 국유ㆍ공유 재산 및 물품의 관리청과 공단 간의 계약으로 정한다. <개정 2012.1.13>
