Fisheries Cooperatives Act, Article 92 (Registration of Establishment)

① 지구별수협은 출자금의 납입이 완료된 날부터 2주 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 하여야 한다.

② 설립등기신청서에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적어야 한다. <개정 2020.3.24>

1. 제17조제1호부터 제4호까지 및 제16호부터 제18호까지에 규정된 사항

③ 조합장이 설립등기의 신청인이 된다.
