수산업협동조합법 제9조(국가ㆍ공공단체의 협력 등)

① 국가와 공공단체는 조합등과 중앙회의 사업에 적극적으로 협력하여야 한다. 이 경우 국가와 공공단체는 조합등과 중앙회의 사업에 필요한 경비를 보조하거나 융자할 수 있다. <개정 2016.5.29>

② 국가와 공공단체는 조합등과 중앙회의 자율성을 침해하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2016.5.29>

③ 중앙회의 회장은 조합등과 중앙회의 발전을 위하여 필요한 사항에 관하여 국가와 공공단체에 의견을 제출할 수 있다. 이 경우 국가와 공공단체는 그 의견이 반영되도록 노력하여야 한다. <개정 2016.5.29>
