수산업협동조합법 제80조(분할)

① 지구별수협이 분할할 때에는 분할 후 설립되는 조합이 승계하여야 하는 권리의무의 범위를 총회에서 의결하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 조합의 설립에 관하여는 분할설립의 성질에 반하지 아니하는 범위에서 이 장 제2절의 설립에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
