수산업협동조합법 제66조(회계의 구분 등)

① 지구별수협의 회계는 일반회계와 특별회계로 구분한다.

② 일반회계는 신용사업 부문 회계와 신용사업 외의 사업 부문 회계로 구분하여 회계처리하여야 한다.

③ 특별회계는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 설치한다.

④ 다음 각 호의 어느 하나의 재무관계와 그에 관한 재무기준은 해양수산부장관이 정한다. 이 경우 신용사업 부문과 신용사업 외의 사업 부문 간의 재무관계에 관한 재무기준에 관하여는 금융위원회와 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑤ 조합의 회계처리기준에 필요한 사항은 중앙회의 회장이 정한다. 다만, 신용사업의 회계처리기준에 관하여 필요한 사항은 금융위원회가 따로 정할 수 있다.
