수산업협동조합법 제55조(임직원의 겸직 금지 등)

① 조합장을 포함한 이사는 그 지구별수협의 감사를 겸직할 수 없다.

② 지구별수협의 임원은 그 지구별수협의 직원을 겸직할 수 없다.

(2) An앤 officer오^f퍼서 of어^v브 a어 district디스트^r릭트 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 may메이 not낫 concurrently컨커^r런틀리 serve서^v브 as애즈 an앤 employee엠플로이이 of어^v브 the^ð더 district디스트^r릭트 cooperative.코아퍼^r레이티^v브

③ 지구별수협의 임원은 다른 조합의 임원 또는 직원을 겸직할 수 없다.

(3) An앤 officer오^f퍼서 of어^v브 a어 district디스트^r릭트 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 may메이 not낫 concurrently컨커^r런틀리 serve서^v브 as애즈 an앤 officer오^f퍼서 or오 employee엠플로이이 of어^v브 another어너^ð더 cooperative.코아퍼^r레이티^v브

④ 지구별수협의 사업과 실질적인 경쟁관계에 있는 사업을 경영하거나 이에 종사하는 사람은 지구별수협의 임직원 및 대의원이 될 수 없다.

(4) A어 person퍼슨 who후 operates아퍼^r레잇츠 or오 is이즈 engaged엔게이지드 in인 a어 business비즈니스 in인 substantial서브스탠실 competition캄퍼티션 with위^ð드 the^ð더 business비즈니스 of어^v브 a어 district디스트^r릭트 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 may메이 not낫 be비 an앤 officer,오^f퍼서 employee,엠플로이이 or오 delegate델러게잇 of어^v브 the^ð더 district디스트^r릭트 cooperative.코아퍼^r레이티^v브

⑤ 제4항에 따른 실질적인 경쟁관계에 있는 사업의 범위는 대통령령으로 정한다.

⑥ 조합장을 포함한 이사는 이사회의 승인을 받지 아니하고는 자기 또는 제3자의 계산으로 해당 지구별수협과 정관으로 정하는 규모 이상의 거래를 할 수 없다.
