수산업협동조합법 제53조의3(조합장의 축의ㆍ부의금품 제공 제한)

① 조합의 경비로 관혼상제 의식이나 그 밖의 경조사에 축의ㆍ부의금품을 제공할 때에는 조합의 명의로 하여야 하며, 해당 조합의 경비임을 명기하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 축의ㆍ부의금품을 제공할 경우 해당 조합장의 직명 또는 성명을 밝히거나 그가 하는 것으로 추정할 수 있는 방법으로 하는 행위는 기부행위로 본다.
